 Guest Musical Director Barney Ashworth will be stepping into Nathan Martin's shoes for the 17 September Show Off! Barney is a Musical Director, Performer, Composer and Arranger based in London, and we are very excited to welcome him to the Show Off! family.
Show Off! continues to take place every second Friday night at Cafe Koha. Upcoming dates include the 17th of September, the 1st, 15th and 29th of October and the 12th of November.

 West End star Julie Atherton will be joining us to sing a couple of songs from her new album, No Space for Air, after 11 p.m. at the 23 July Show Off!
Julie, who is probably best known for starring as Kate Monster and Lucy the Slut in the original London cast of Avenue Q, has a wealth of West End credits, including Sophie in Mamma Mia!, Serena in Fame and Cathy in The Last Five Years. She is also a founding member of Notes from New York.
Copies of Julie's CD (RRP £14.99) will be available at the special price of £10 at Show Off! For more information about the CD, including a track list, see http://www.speckulationentertainment.com/julieathertoncd.html.
As always, the doors will open at 8 p.m., and the live music will begin at 9 p.m. and go until 1 a.m. Food and drink will be available throughout. Anyone who wants to get up and sing can sign up on the sign-up sheets. There are lots of books of music at Show Off!, or you can bring your own music.

 Show Off! MC Marissa Dunlop has to miss the show on the 11th of June, but we have a special guest MC joining us for the night. Nicole Faraday, star of stage and screen - including BAD GIRLS and CASUALTY on TV and BAD GIRLS THE MUSICAL - will be hosting Show Off! along with Show Off! Musical Director Nathan Martin.
Show Off! hosts Marissa Dunlop and Nathan Martin will be hosting the next the next Show Off!, which will take place at Cafe Koha on the 28th of May.

 We are delighted to announce that Show Off! will continue at Cafe Koha every second Friday in August and September of 2010.
This means that, in addition to the already-announced dates of the 9th and 23rd of July, Show Off! will take place on the 6th and 20th of August and the 3rd and 17th of September. We hope that you can join us!

The next Show Off! will take place on Friday the 28th of May, with further nights to follow on the 11th and 25th of June and the 9th of July. Further dates will be announced soon. We hope to see you there! There have now been four nights of Show Off!, with new faces and voices each time in addition to those who have been with us since the beginning. We look forward to many more nights and many more participants.
